Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
FRANCISCO NUÑEZ S.A. is the DATA CONTROLLER for the processing of the USER’s personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
What do we process your personal data for?
To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The operations planned for processing are:
- Sending commercial advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enables commercial communications. These communications will be made by the DATA CONTROLLER and will be related to its products and services, or those of its partners or suppliers with whom it has reached a promotional agreement. Why can we process your personal data?
Because the processing is legitimized by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:
- With the USER’s consent: sending commercial communications and the newsletter.
- By legitimate interest of the DATA CONTROLLER: conduct market research, statistical analysis, etc., and process orders, requests, etc., at the USER’s request.
How long will we keep your personal data?
It will be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of processing or while there are legal requirements that mandate its custody. When no longer necessary, it will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure data anonymization or complete destruction.
To whom do we provide your personal data?
No communication of personal data to third parties is planned, unless necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the DATA CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
The rights available to the USER are:
- Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.
- Right to withdraw your consent at any time.
- Right of access, rectification, portability, and deletion of your data, and to limit or object to its processing.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
USERS, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly and freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the service provider to fulfill their request, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the DATA CONTROLLER is accurate and is responsible for communicating any changes to it.
The DATA CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide optimal service to the USER. If all data is not provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will fully meet your needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with current personal data protection regulations, the DATA CONTROLLER is complying with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and expressly states that the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR are respected, whereby data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD with the aim of protecting the rights and freedoms of USERS, and has communicated the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.
